WHO’S QUALIFIED

EB-1A

Extraordinary Ability

Individuals with extraordinary abilities in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics, demonstrated by sustained national or international acclaim.

EB-1B

Outstanding Professors and Researchers

Professors or researchers with international recognition and at least three years of experience in their academic field.

EB-1C

Multinational Executives or Managers

Executives or managers who have worked for a qualifying multinational company for at least one year.

The EB-1A visa is a green card option for individuals with extraordinary ability in sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics. To qualify, you must demonstrate sustained national or international acclaim through extensive documentation.


ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA


You must either:

Provide evidence of a major international award
(e.g., a Nobel Prize)

Or meet at least three of the following criteria:

  • Significant awards or recognitions in your field

  • Membership in exclusive associations requiring outstanding achievements

  • Published material about you in professional or major media

  • Judging the work of others in your field

  • Significant original contributions in your industry

  • Authorship of scholarly articles or publications

  • Commanding a high salary compared to others in your field

  • Commercial success in the performing arts
